Slowly approaching a major milestone with our 100th podcast, we are very happy to host the extremely talented Matthias Meyer for #98. The Hamburg artist has a stellar reputation around the global for producing exhilarating cuts year on year, featuring music on iconic imprints like Watergate Records and Liebe*Detail. Most recently, he seized the spotlight with the much adored ‘Hope’ alongside Ryan Davis, which made a huge impact both in the charts and across dance-floors. For the occasion, the acclaimed German producer and Dj supplies an exclusive recording from his recent set at Tobacco Dock London. This is something special indeed!

What’s more, Matthias took a small moment to set the scene, explaining : ”this mix is a live recording from my opening set of the Labyrinth party at Tobacco Dock London 2 weeks ago. I always like to play more journey like sets, so most of the time I start very deep and emotional, going into more tooly and percussion African vibe followed by more uplifting tracks and then I will see where the journey goes. Most of the time I start a bit slower on purpose to have headroom for later 😉 Enjoy! ”
