Alex Wann has made a name for himself with standout remixes like ‘Milkshake,’ ‘Halele,’ and ‘Beyond Us,’ as well as original tracks like ‘Peperuke.’ His talent for reimagining classic tracks with a fresh, modern twist has set him apart since his arrival on the scene. On his remix of ‘My Love,’ Wann infuses the UK house staple with an Afro-house vibe that’s become his signature over the past two years. With Jess Glynne’s renowned vocals and a syncopated drum loop, he revitalises the track while showcasing the distinctive rhythm and energy of Afro-house.

“You guys have been waiting for so long. I always wanted to remix this track as it was the track that got me into producing. Sometimes when you make a track, you have no idea the journey it will take once it leaves your studio. ‘My Love’ has been a whirlwind. I’ve never had a track make such an instant connection with the dancefloor. The original is such a true classic, it’s an honour.” says Alex Wann.

The release of ‘My Love’ marks a significant milestone in Alex Wann’s journey from underground talent to a rising force in the electronic music scene. Hailing from Paris’ electronic scene, Wann’s passion for music started at an early age, driven by a relentless curiosity for blending genres and experimenting with sound.

Over the years, he’s honed his craft, evolving from bedroom producer to a name that resonates in house music circles. With ‘My Love,’ Wann showcases his distinctive style, balancing modern innovation with a deep respect for classic house influences. This release not only highlights his versatility but also solidifies his place as a visionary artist shaping the future of house music while honouring its roots. As fans embrace his unique sound, it’s clear that Alex Wann is an artist to watch as he continues to break new ground in electronic music.
