Following his recent release ‘Thick Slick,’ Montreal-based producer Manu (CA) returns with Some Numa, a striking four-track EP landing this Friday on local label In Too Deep.

The title track, ‘Some Numa,’ opens the EP with powerful, driving drums beneath a haze of ghostly vocals and mirage-like textures. Minimal yet emotional, the track breathes with tension and space—perfectly suited for both introspective late-night sets and groove-heavy dancefloors.

“I liked the idea of the title being a play on my own name—‘Manu’ in reverse. ‘Some Numa’ is like offering a small piece of who I am as a producer right now,” Manu shares.

With remixes from Oreason and Napo Lugo, the EP explores different angles of the original: one hypnotic and immersive, the other raw and percussive.

You can now listen to the full premiere of Oreason’s ‘Some Numa’ remix, exclusively on When We Dip. Enjoy!
