Regarded as one of London’s leading disco labels, The Disco Express is celebrating a monumental milestone with the release of ‘TDE100’ (100th Release Special), a double LP and digital compilation showcasing the imprint’s signature fusion of house, disco, funk, and soul.

Marking a century of releases, ‘TDE100’ distills the very essence of the label, a joyful, groove-laden journey that captures the warmth of the past while stepping boldly into the future of dance music. The 15-track collection brings together a global family of artists who have shaped The Disco Express sound, including Inaya Day, Derrick Carter, Michelle Weeks, Bustin’ Loose, Monsieur Van Pratt, Third Attempt, and John Morales, among others.

From the euphoric opener ‘Top of the World’ by Ayce & Spirit of House ft. Stephanie Sounds, to Fatback Band’s timeless ‘Do The Bus Stop (Bustin’ Loose Remix),’ and the deep, soulful closer ‘It Ain’t Easy’ by Meridian & Aleisha Lee, the compilation flows effortlessly between peak-time floor-fillers and blissful after-hours moments.

“This release isn’t just a milestone, it’s a love letter to our community,” says Bustin’ Loose, founder of The Disco Express. “We’ve built a family of artists who live and breathe this sound. TDEl00 celebrates that spirit, the connection, the movement, the joy that disco brings to people everywhere.”

To mark the 100th release, The Disco Express is hosting a four-day art exhibition at The Book Club, Shoreditch (17–20 September), celebrating the label’s visual and musical legacy. The celebrations continue at ADE (Amsterdam Dance Event) on Thursday, 23 October, where TDE takes over a seven-carriage moving train for an unmissable ride through disco, house, and funk designed for pure dance floor escapism.

With ‘TDE100,’ The Disco Express reaffirms its status as a driving force in the modern nu-disco movement, blending vintage soul with cutting-edge production to deliver “original house & disco for 21st-century dance floors.”
