Argentinian duo PAAX return with Who Das, a new EP on Sounguara Records that also features a remix from Hernan Cattaneo & Marcelo Vasami.

The original version of Who Das is a melodic and euphoric progressive house cut, marked by soaring synths, intertwining melodies, and an expansive breakdown that captures the duo’s flair for fusing emotion with dancefloor energy.

On the remix, Cattaneo & Vasami strip things back, reworking the track into a deeper, more hypnotic piece that draws on the rhythmic and melodic details of the original while setting an entirely different mood.

As world travellers and lifelong students of fusion rhythms, PAAX have built a sound that reflects their Latin roots while drawing influence from a wide spectrum of global cultures. Their productions often combine organic instrumentation with electronic frameworks and subtle experimental flourishes, giving them a distinct identity that has connected with audiences worldwide.

With more than 50 million Spotify streams and regular appearances at events such as UNTOLD Festival, Caprice Festival, and Sunsetstrip, the duo continue to strengthen their place on the international stage.

Who Das is the latest statement of intent from PAAX, balancing the melodic and the experimental while inviting reinterpretation from some of the scene’s most respected names.

To celebrate the release of ‘Who Das’, PAAX recorded a new mix for our Select Cuts series. Enjoy!
