We’re proud to welcome Dino Lenny to Select Cuts for episode 366, a special mix celebrating the release of his brand-new EP ‘I Wanna Be Like Talking Heads’ with Hardrive, out now on the legendary Strictly Rhythm Records.

Few artists move as fluidly between underground credibility and dance music heritage as Dino Lenny. For this Select Cuts session, he delivers a set that mirrors exactly that balance — confident, expressive, and deeply rooted in groove. Expect a journey that leans into tension, release, and emotional lift, guided by Dino’s unmistakable sense of timing and narrative. It’s a mix built for dancers, but equally rewarding for close listening.

The timing couldn’t be better. Dino’s reinterpretation of ‘Get It Up (The Feeling)’ sees him respectfully reworking a house music anthem through a modern lens, preserving its infectious spirit while injecting his signature depth and drive. Released on Strictly Rhythm — a label synonymous with dancefloor history — the remix feels like a natural meeting point between past and present, paying homage while pushing forward.

Born in Italy and now based in London, Dino Lenny has carved out one of electronic music’s most versatile careers. From his early days DJing on a small radio station in Cassino, to remixing and collaborating with icons like Underworld, INXS, Missy Elliott, Timbaland, Madonna, Scissor Sisters, and even Wu-Tang Clan, his trajectory has been anything but ordinary. Over the years, his productions have found homes on seminal labels including Ellum, Innervisions, Crosstown Rebels, Afterlife, Diynamic, Cocoon, R&S, and many more.

As the founder of Fine Human Records, and a long-standing host of Tomorrowland’s CORE radio show, Dino continues to shape electronic music culture both behind the scenes and on the global stage. Recent years have seen standout moments such as chart-topping releases on Afterlife, collaborations with ARTBAT, appearances on Bedrock, Upperground, and a powerful return to Crosstown Rebels — all underscoring a career that shows no signs of slowing.

Select Cuts 366 is a reflection of that journey: seasoned, forward-thinking, and full of soul.

You can now listen to Select Cuts 366 mixed by Dino Lenny exclusively on When We Dip. Enjoy!
