In December, rising star Deer Jade unveiled her highly anticipated new EP, ‘Voyage Infini’ – the first release on her freshly launched label, I AM YOU. The two-track project, featuring the shimmering singles ‘Jump Up’ and ‘Voyage Infini,’ captured the Swiss artist’s signature fusion of indie dance and melodic house, blending cosmic energy with emotive soundscapes.

For its second release, the label welcomes EMJIE with ‘We Gotta Do It’ – a sharp, groove-driven indie dance EP crafted with the club firmly in mind. Defined by rolling basslines, crisp, propulsive percussion, and hypnotic vocal hooks, the release captures a late-night energy that feels both raw and refined. Both tracks are tightly constructed to lock dancers into the groove, balancing tension and release with a confident, modern edge.

‘We Gotta Do It’ showcases EMJIE’s talent for creating tracks that are as effective in peak-time moments as they are in deeper, after-hours settings. It’s a forward-facing EP built for selectors who value momentum, groove, and atmosphere – a versatile weapon for DJs looking to elevate their sets with indie dance energy.

The ‘We Gotta Do It’ EP is available here.
