The presence of underground dance producer Roman Reznik, better known as Romrez guarantees a listen which still has some foothold in traditional and conventional music. Since he made his Rewarewa debut in 2016, Romrez has become an integral part of the team.
His new 13-minute release is a living proof that there’s progress for intelligent house productions. With his melodic motifs, hypnotic modulations and streams of synthetic effects, Romrez hints at the influence of Vangelis; but that is not the only ace in his sleeve, the second track celebrates the esthetic bond established by the artist with a selection of soundscapes from from the Middle East.
