From October 22–25, DGTL returns to Amsterdam Dance Event with one of its most ambitious ADE programs to date. Across eight shows and two venues — the NDSM Warehouse and the Kromhouthal — the festival brand will showcase the many different faces of contemporary electronic music, from large-scale live performances and artist-led concepts to cutting-edge club nights spotlighting both established names and emerging talent.

For the first time, DGTL will bring its iconic Generator stage indoors for its ADE daytime programming, while the nighttime events will unfold within Frequency, creating two distinct environments that reflect the breadth of the festival’s musical vision. Across four days, each event has been curated around a specific sound, community, or artistic perspective, highlighting the increasingly diverse landscape of electronic music.

The weekend begins on Thursday with DGTL Opening Day, a celebration of a new generation of artists pushing beyond traditional genre boundaries. At Generator, acts including Benwal, Helena Lauwaert, Lammer, Paige Tomlinson, and Olive Anguz explore the intersections of trance, hard house, eurodance, and progressive club music, reflecting a broader shift toward fluid musical identities. Meanwhile, Frequency turns its attention to UK-inspired sounds, with garage, bass, and sound system culture represented by artists including DJ EZ, Dr Dubplate & Locky, and MPH.

Friday sees Dutch duo Tinlicker take over the NDSM Warehouse for a special live performance featuring a number of yet-to-be-announced guests. Having evolved from underground favourites into one of electronic music’s most celebrated live acts, Tinlicker continue to blur the lines between concert and club experience, pairing emotional songwriting with euphoric dancefloor moments. Later that evening, DGTL’s Friday Night program shifts toward melodic and progressive sounds, with Joris Voorn, Kevin de Vries, Miss Monique, Nicky Elisabeth, and NTO (live) guiding audiences through a night of expansive productions, cinematic build-ups, and emotional energy.

On Saturday, South African tastemaker Shimza takes the reins with his first fully curated DGTL event. Bringing together artists including Âme DJ, Desiree, Bedouin, Arodes, and Stoffela, the showcase highlights the increasingly global reach of Afro house and its connection to scenes across multiple continents. Complementing the main program, Frequency will host additional performances from JAMIIE & Meera, NIOMII, NOVA and more.

As night falls, Belgian powerhouse Novah steps into the spotlight for a high-intensity club experience centred on rave culture, hard techno, trance, and bounce. Joined by Ciara Cuvé, Ueberrest, EMILIJA, Faster Horses, Øtta, STAFFY, and a special guest, the event promises one of the weekend’s most energetic dancefloors.

Alongside the NDSM Warehouse programming, DGTL will also host two special daytime events at the Kromhouthal. On Saturday, Lane 8 brings his globally renowned This Never Happened concept to Amsterdam, accompanied by Yotto, Mees Salomé, Sultan + Shepard, Kasbo, and Ashibah. Built around a no-phone policy and a strong sense of community, the concept has grown into one of electronic music’s most recognisable event brands, championing melodic house and immersive listening experiences.

Closing out the weekend on Sunday, Folamour takes over the Kromhouthal for an exclusive All Day Long performance. Known for seamlessly weaving together disco, house, funk, and soul, the French artist’s marathon sets have earned him a devoted following worldwide. Serving as the final chapter of DGTL ADE 2026, the event promises a warm, uplifting conclusion to four days of music, creativity, and connection.
