Italian artist Withoutwork cut his teeth as a musician before moving into the world of electronic music, adopting a style rooted in minimal-leaning tech house. Following recent drops on CUFF, Material and Happy Techno Music, September welcomes a first appearance on Lee Foss’ Repopulate Mars for the budding DJ & producer as he readies his three-track ‘Go Baby’ EP.

‘Go Baby’ opens the EP armed with flickering drum licks and off-kilter synths combined with lush Spanish guitar motifs and a rapped vocal to take things to the next level before ‘I’m Going Solo’ sees pop-infused vocals front and centre accented by laser-like synths and low-slung grooves. Rounding out the release, ‘El Matador’ is an ode to Spanish rhythm, drawing for powerful bass licks, chunky drums, suspenseful builds, and heavenly Latin vocals.
