Echonomist & Jenia Tarsol inaugurate visionary new project, Flying Hearts, with ‘The Harbour’

Echonomist and Jenia Tarsol launch their new label ‘Flying Hearts’ as a space for creative freedom, emotional storytelling, and genre-blending sound. With a deep respect for musical heritage and a passion for pushing things forward, the label offers a platform for timeless ideas shaped through a modern lens.

The first release is a collaboration between the two founders and the UK band Throws titled ‘The Harbour’ – an evolution of a track from Throws’ self-titled 2016 debut album that they’ve long cherished and a natural continuation of Echonomist and Tarsol’s previous work together on ‘The Happiest of All Memorial Days.’ It sets the tone for what the label stands for: music that carries feeling, memory and intention.

Each release will be accompanied by a portrait of the artist – capturing not just the sound, but the human connection behind it. For this first chapter, the visual is a photograph of Jenia and Echonomist the moment they first met: a spontaneous hug, caught by a photographer at exactly the right time. That image now becomes a symbol of what the label represents; authenticity, connection, and shared experience. This isn’t just a label – it’s a space where music and memory meet, one release at a time.

Joining forces to create a visionary electronic record label that blends innovation with a deep respect for the roots of electronic music, Flying Hearts celebrates versatility, providing a platform where timeless influences meet bold, forward-thinking ideas to shape the future of sound.

With Echonomist and Jenia Tarsol at the helm, this imprint aims to craft a legacy of timeless releases, cultivating a global community of artists and listeners who value both innovation and authenticity.
