Matthias Meyer, DJ, producer and long time resident at famous Watergate in Berlin is no stranger to Montreal since he has been produced here since 2008 and clearly Montreal loves him.  Every time he came, he succeeded to deliver perfect sets that ranges from uplifting and orchestral to deep tribal grooves.  Needless to say that his sound fits perfectly with the ‘Les Beaux Dimanches’ crowd on a Sunday.

On the music front, he has continued his quality approach with a small number of high impact releases in recent times including the Beatport Deep House number 1 ‘Hope’ alongside Ryan Davis on his beloved Watergate Records and the Pete Tong endorsed remix of Butch – ‘Shahzrad’ (which made his BBC Radio 1 Tunes of the Year list alongside many established luminaries). These releases join a stellar discography which includes fan favourites such as ‘Reichanbach’, ‘Tout Va Bien’, ‘November Rain’ and of course, ‘Infinity’.

This being said, Les Beaux Dimanches will be ready to host him and Nymra & Sofisticated (as opening set) this Sunday June 9th at Stereobar.
