Kyiv-based DJ and producer Lola Kimchi steps onto GLUCOSE5.7 with ‘Cadillac’, a standout contribution to ‘HYPOGLYCEMIA 1.0’, the very first compilation from the young label. Bringing together an international cast of artists across four tracks, the VA is a sweet introduction to the sound the imprint has been building since its launch.

‘Cadillac’ draws from classic Indie Dance, combining a driving disco groove with shimmering synthwave elements. Sitting at 126 BPM, the track glides forward like its namesake, smooth and polished on the surface but packed with a strong club character underneath. Retro synth lines and a relentless rhythm section make it a cut built for late night dancefloors and long drives alike.

The rest of ‘HYPOGLYCEMIA 1.0’ is just as rich. The compilation opens with ‘Le Beau’, a collaboration between Mexican producers Rafael Vilches and Danem and Ukrainian artist and label boss Monastetiq, built around a rolling bassline and Middle Eastern influences. Brazilian producer Double Disco makes his label debut with the peak time weapon ‘Don’t Stop’, while Moog maestro Neumateri closes the release with ‘Luna’, a melodic and cinematic piece shaped around a Moog Sub Phatty.

Hailing from Kyiv, Ukraine, Lola Kimchi brings a fresh take on Indie Dance, blending club driven energy with nostalgic, synth heavy textures. ‘Cadillac’ is a confident showcase of that style and a perfect fit for the label’s vision.

Founded in 2026 by Monastetiq, GLUCOSE5.7 is a Melodic Techno and Indie Dance label living by the motto “Glucose in your veins. Bass in your brain.” With this first compilation, the imprint keeps pushing a fresh roster of talent from across the globe.
