Inspired by a variety of artistic and musical influences, Darlyn Vlys offers distinctive atmospherics that go  far beyond sound. Managing to capture both nostalgic and futuristic sonic experiences, his experimental  and stylistic approach creates electronic music that grabs your attention through sharp production and  cinematic moods. 

Through 2020, Darlyn Vlys collides on several projects, including ‘Kronos’ a debut EP he unveiled with  Damon Jee via Jennifer Cardini’s record label Correspondant with a remix from Rebolledo. 

2021 and 2022 were even more promising with a sustained and noticeable rhythm of releases, the  stunning ‘Doble Impacto’ and ‘Return from Delta’s’ EP on Adana Twins’ label TAU, ‘All I Need’ on  Blue Shadow or the mighty ‘Behind Us’ on Correspondant. 

2022 also marks the creation of his own label ‘Polaris’ and the release of 2 debut EPs which already  have had received some great support from the biggest names on the worldwide electronic scene. 

In early 2024, he made an impressive debut on Pets Recordings with the ‘Surrender’ EP, generating  a real buzz in the indie dance scene. The track reached the top 1 in the charts and was played by some  of the biggest names, including Vintage Culture, Camel Phat, and Catz n’ Dogs.

Darlyn’s visceral voice is in demand and he is not about to stop there – always trying to refine his sound, inspired by the artists, his surroundings, and the world beyond his eyes.
