Belgium’s Move Recordings offers up the ‘Never Too Old To Dance’ EP courtesy of By:Them and accompanied by a remix from Hermanez.
Move Recordings is a Belgian electronic music label founded and helmed by veteran DJ/producer End-Jy (Jérôme Naujoks), known for his roots in the 1990s techno scene of Tournai and major collaborations with acts like Marco Bailey. Reborn in 2025 the label returned with the ‘Sitaro 2K25 Edition’ marking a new chapter in End-Jy’s long-running career and the rebirth of the imprint. With this latest release, Move welcomes By:Them, a new guise formed by Ludwig Buez & Jerome Lipani.
The Hermanez remix leads the way he radiantly displays his production prowess, reshaping the track with his signature groove-led style as fragments of the original ebb and flow amongst swaying sub bass tones, swinging drums and expansive atmospherics. The original mix of ‘Never Too Old To Dance’ follows, a melodic excursion through rich textural elements, bumpy bass stabs, dynamic evolutions and crisp drums throughout.
The second original, ‘Rising Away’ follows and sees the duo dive into deeper realms with cinematic atmospherics, subtly nuanced synth lines, elongated bass tones and breathy vocal chants floating atop shuffled percussion.
You can now listen to the full premiere of Hermanez’s remix exclusively on When We Dip. Enjoy!
