Frame Music welcomes house music legend Robert Owens as a guest on a new single from On-Off and Iza Visconti, while On-Off also serves up a solo sound.
Hailing from the South of Italy but now based in the vibrant city of London, On-Off has been one of the key figures for the new underground Fabric project called Rave Rabbit, followed by several gigs in the most profiling venues of the UK capital. He shows a subtle evolution here with Iza Visconti who is a mainstay on labels like Bamboleo.
Their ‘Under My Skin’ features Chicago house legend Robert Owens and is a slick, rolling, punchy house sound with textured pads and wispy melodies that has a dark, raw vocal, from Iza Visconti, adding late-night menace next to soft female tones. On the flip side, On-Off’s ‘That Shit’ brings grinding bass and slamming drums with some rapped vocals full of sleeve and attitude that is sure to blow up the club.
These are two standout, different but equally fresh tracks from On-Off and compagnie.
You can now listen to the full premiere of ‘Under My Skin’ exclusively on When We Dip. Enjoy!
