Kicking off 2026 with a fresh new EP from the captains of the good ship TAU, Adana Twins. They set their intentions loud and clear with this collaborative release, teaming up with the super talented Kadosh for this two-track excursion. But the creative teamwork doesn’t end there… On vocals they’re joined by Brazilian singer Abrão and an icon of electronic music, JAW. Between them they’re a formidable crew, bringing together wide-ranging experience, combined with great vibes and energy that gave birth to the Na Favela EP.

‘Na Favela’ is the opening cut, Abrão’s effortless vocals providing the emotional hook in tandem with the stirring instrumental. Infectious drum arrangement propels this track along, combined with a sombre low end. Kadosh and the Adana’s carefully create an increasingly tense energy, building up to a breakdown filled with emotive power – Abrão’s voice generating a strong heartfelt pulse. As we enter the latter part of the track, the beats, bass and brilliant vocal delivery keep the listener engaged and fully involved.

‘UOUO’ is the second track on this release, and it features a legendary voice of electronic music – JAW. Known for his ability to switch between soulful singing, raw spoken word and even a little bit of rap, JAW gives his all to this cut. Again, a strong thread of emotion runs through this one. Galloping beats, a mournful b-line and JAW’s impeccable delivery merge to create a spinetingling production. With its goosebump-inducing melody and beautifully composed piano keys, this one is sure to create peak dance floor moments.
