Born in Switzerland with Italo-Spanish roots, Carol Fernandez first connected to music behind the counter of her father’s record shop, where she first explored turntables and developed a deep appreciation for sound in all its forms. Classically trained in piano at the Conservatory of Bern, she blends technical precision with creative curiosity, shaping a distinctive style that bridges cultures and genres.

On stage, Carol focuses on crafting immersive experiences, weaving unexpected rhythms and textures into engaging sets. From the vibrant energy of Envision Festival to the iconic floors of Kaufleuten, she has built a reputation for thoughtful, dynamic performances that resonate with audiences.

For 16 years, Carol Fernandez has contributed to Zurich’s electronic scene as the creator and curator of her own Love Mobile at the Street Parade, sharing the stage with artists she admires and guiding hundreds of thousands of dancers through memorable musical journeys. In 2025, she collaborated with Coca-Cola Switzerland to compose the official Share A Coke soundtrack for the parade—an opportunity that allowed her to explore new creative directions and sounds.

Now, Carol is channeling her energy into new productions and collaborations. With fresh releases and emerging partnerships, she continues to connect Zurich’s club scene with international labels, supporting rising talent and fostering cultural exchange through music.

To celebrate her new release ‘Whatever’ out Friday on Sanctuary Music, she recorded a new mix for our Prima Lux series. Enjoy!
