Reaching out via social media, Shania approached Martin Badder with her soulful vocals after coming across his work on Instagram. Sitting on the vocals for nearly 3 years, she presented them as a foundation for Martin to build on, where he instantly felt a connection to the track and built the track around her voice. The outstanding ‘UR Type’ was born… It’s a sultry and poignantly agonising story about lost love wrapped around tasteful & authentic yet slamming deep house sentiments. One of the vocal tracks of the year.
