Catz ’N Dogz, Oscar L, Ki Creighton, Harry Romero and Hector from Vatos Locos are the artists in charge of bringing renowned track ‘Dibiza’ by the renowned American Danny Tenaglia back to life. The release, which will be out on November 4th, is part of Chus & Ceballos’ label’s 20th anniversary celebration.

This 2020 marks the 14th anniversary of the release of one of Stereo Productions’ great classics. We are referring of course to ‘Dibiza’, a creation by  Danny Tenaglia. At that time the American artist was at the peak of his career, and is now considered one of the most influential DJs in the world, recognized and respected by key players in the electronic music industry.

On the occasion of Stereo Productions’ 20th anniversary, it’s time to recover this gem. A return to life that comes in the form of 5 new remixes by 5 well-known producers: Catz `N Dogz, Oscar L, Ki Creighton, Harry Romero and Héctor from Vatos Locos.

Insatiable hit makers, Catz ’N Dogz move comfortably between underground and dance floor sounds. Their peculiar remix is based on percussion and stands out due the total absence of the “kick”. A “tool” that will delight many DJs as the ideal prelude to a huge “drop”.

Oscar L, a producer from Madrid who is at an incredible  moment in his career, takes the track to more Techno grounds, which is what we are used to from him. His version brings forcefulness to the track, without losing a shred of class and quality.

Ki Creighton drags the track towards more Tech House grounds and therefore manages to update the sound of “Dibiza”. The producer maintains the elegant nature of the original while adding more groove to it.

The pack continues with Harry Romero, the renowned American DJ and producer with Latin roots and creator of some of the most indispensable classics in the history of house, who takes “Dibiza” into those hypnotic and intense atmospheres, which he is a true master of. Arguably the most mind-focused remix of them all.

And finally, the Mexican Hector, the head honcho of Vatos Locos, gives his most minimalist vision to “Dibiza”. A remix that maintains a good dose of groove but from a much more raw point of view.

Thanks to these 5 great remixes, “Dibiza” is back in the news and reinvents itself again as the classic that it is, but exported to the present.. And you can now listen to the full premiere of Catz ‘N Dogz remix exclusively on When We Dip. Enjoy!
