The mighty Moxy Muzik hits a fantastic 15th release with Morpei & Manu Gonzalez teaming up to great effect across two new tunes. Label head Darius Syrossian and the legendary Tommy Vercetti also step up with remixes.

Morpei is a Bolivian producer based in Los Angeles, California who has released on the likes of Get Physical and Simma Black. Manu Gonzalez is one of the rare breed of homegrown Ibiza DJs and producers who has made his mark around the world. Their ‘Our Spinach’ is a stylish house track with punchy electronic beats and swilling pads. Some playful spoken word vocals and crisp hi hats add plenty of attitude to what is sure to become a big tune this summer and beyond.

Darius flips it into a more high tempo tune with a big, old-school bassline dominating proceedings. This remix is a nod to Darius early productions which he made his name with, A big bold bassline dropping in out of nowhere in the middle of the track, it’s packed with characterful synths and infectious percussion that never lets up. This remix has been going down a storm at all of Darius’ gigs coming out of lockdown & is definitely one for the dancefloors.

‘Help You Drop It’ is the next original and is a turbo-charged, stripped-back house roller. Silky pads and slinky grooves lock you in and well-placed vocals finish it in style. Tommy Vercetti then steps up to remix with super kinetic kick drums, spaced-out pads and a groove that just oozes cool.
