Richy Ahmed’s Four Thirty Two imprint continues to fly the flag for steadfast rolling and pumping house jams, with a sterling EP from James Burton, backed with a remix from one of the scene’s most decorated soldiers, Dennis Ferrer. This is already receiving great support from the likes of Jamie Jones, Skream, Patrick Topping, Jansons, and of course from Richy himself, who has been playing these tracks on heavy rotation this summer in Ibiza.

Burton has already released certified bangers on labels like Skream’s Of Unsound Mind and Kaluki Music, and now on his debut Four Thirty Two release we are treated to a brace of tracks that straddle disco’s rich heritage with contemporary house music’s subby bass and tight, swinging beats. Peak time business from this hotly tipped producer.

Dennis Ferrer really requires no introduction, but for the uninitiated, the DJ & producer from NYC has been behind a huge swathe of undeniable house classics since the mid 1990s, for labels like Ibadan, Defected, King Street, Strictly Rhythm, and of course, his own Objektivity imprint. Ferrer chisels out a typically funky and raw remix that’s scattered with delirious vocal chops, sax tones and chugs of rhythmic guitar.

You can listen to the full premiere of Dennis Ferrer’s remix exclusively on When We Dip. Enjoy !
